Who we are looking for
Not perfect matches required. Most of these should be true.
- 5 to 50 person federal contractor
- SDVOSB, VOSB, 8(a), HUBZone, or pursuing certification
- Currently using QuickBooks plus spreadsheets, or outgrowing them
- At least some cost-type or Davis-Bacon work in your contract mix
- Willing to talk once every 2 weeks for 60 days, then monthly
- Willing to use FieldLedger as your real tool on real contracts (not a test sandbox)

Real account. Real contracts. After we agree on scope, your actual data gets imported with consent.

Bi-weekly check-ins (60 days)
30 minutes every 2 weeks for the first 60 days. What is working. What is not. What is missing.

Once the product is humming, we drop to monthly. Always direct to Tom, never a support queue.
Questions
Is there a cost?+
No. Free for 12 months. After the partnership window, you convert to whichever tier matches your usage at whatever the then-current price is. No surprise contracts.
Do I have to commit for the full 12 months?+
No. You can leave anytime. Your data exports as CSV. We would rather know early if FieldLedger is not right than keep someone who is not getting value.
How many design partners are you taking?+
5 to 10 for Phase 1. Once we hit 10, the program closes until the next phase.
What do you expect from me?+
Honest feedback. Real usage on real contracts. A 30-minute intake call to get started, then 30-minute check-ins every 2 weeks for the first 60 days. After that, monthly. That is the whole ask.
Will my data be used for marketing?+
Not without explicit permission. Case studies, quotes, and being listed as a design partner are opt-in. Default is private.
